Shipping Options

USA Orders: 

Free economy shipping to all orders in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.  We generally ship these packages USPS Ground Advantage as that is the most affordable option for us.  Shipments going this method usually take 5-8 business days.  We also offer USPS Priority and UPS Ground.  Both are additional cost. 

 

Canada Orders:

Shipping is $20 USPS First Class Flat Rate. (Usually takes 1-2 weeks) to arrive after the package leaves our location.

We can ship UPSP Priority and Express as well as UPS and DHL, but the rates vary by location, what is ordered, package size, weight, etc.  If interested please contact us for more details. 

 

International Orders:

$25 USPS First Class Flat Rate. (Usually takes 1-2 weeks) to arrive after the package leaves our location.

Order Fulfillment:

We ship orders ASAP.  Generally orders purchased today will ship the next business day (We work Mon-Fri), but sometimes there can be shipping delays due to high product demand, during peak times of the year, or during sales.  If you have an upcoming trip and need something before a certain date please let us know. 

Order Tracking:

An email from the shipping carrier will be sent to you once we print your shipping label.  This does not mean your order has shipped.  It means your order is in processing and we are getting it ready to ship.  Your order can be tracked via the tracking info sent from the shipping carrier.  If you did not receive an email with your tracking information please check your spam box as it can sometimes end up in there.   If you have any questions regarding the tracking of your order please send us an email to Info@lawsonequipment.com. 

 

Backordered, Out of Stock, and Pre-Ordered Items: 

If you buy a backordered, out-of-stock, or pre-order item your entire order will not ship until this item is in stock and ready to ship.  We try to keep our inventory updated but it is not always 100% accurate.  So if there is something you want and it shows out of stock, please let us know so we can check our inventory to see if we have any extras and to let you know when it will be back in stock.
