Get your mail even if you’re on the trail, road, new to town, or between permanent addresses. Mail addressed to you at General Delivery will be held at the area’s main Post Office for up to 30 days. Please note: We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the ship to states tax laws.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unused items to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt for refund. All returned items must be in brand new and re-sellable condition with all tags, packaging, accessories and documentation still intact and in their original condition. All returns will receive a full refund, less the original shipping charge. Please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit card company to process and post the refund amount to your account.

Exceptions:

Clearance items are final sales and may not be returned. Sale items, on the other hand, MAY be returned. First Aid, Safety Gear, Search & Rescue Equipment cannot be returned For legal liability reasons and for your personal safety, may not be returned or exchanged.

Every item we make is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Our good guy guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. Replacement necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, is not covered under our guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than us will void the warrenty. This warrenty does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in our products. If your item is an older model or color, and has been discontinued or is no longer in stock, we will do our best to replace with comparable item and color.
